March 2022

March is coming to a close. The luck of the Irish may have brought good things to us. The start of Spring is here with more rain, less snow, and warmer temperatures. Hopefully, we are able to continue to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature and all that is wonderous. As Spring comes internally and externally things start to adjust to the new conditions. Spring is understood in some areas to bring new beginnings and fresh life. What new beginnings may be ahead for you? I am looking forward to being outdoors more here in the Midwest, enjoying the fresh air, the sound of rain on the roof and maybe even a few puddle jumps!

The Enjoy and Encourage group has had multiple successful outings for learning and fun including curling and yoga with brunch as examples. There are more events coming up and all are welcome to join.

The Spring Equinox and potluck went well with 8 of us in attendance. It was a great way to open up the body through movement in preparation for Spring. We are now blooming internally with the external change to Spring.

Book club is getting close to finishing a new book. If you’d like to join the book club on Monday evenings and/or have a book suggestion, please let me know. It is being hosted in person and virtually.

For contemplation: What is the most important thing to me in this moment?

Peace and love,

Emily
