Holding onto things can become a habit in life for those of us that do so. When we hold on to things that are unhealthy for us it can prevent us from recognizing reality and giving ourselves space to declutter the mind and slow down. The flow of yoga poses helps with calming the mind and refocusing our mind on those things that are important.
