This week we are focusing on the good. Such a broad meaning that word can have for each of us. When it comes down to it though each moment has some sort of good to it. At times that can be tough to understand as it may not feel that way. This where our mindset becomes important. In the thick of things it may seem a bit more difficult than what it seems when we reflect back on that same thing later. I hope this finds you well and here’s the question to ponder: what kinds of good and beautiful things am I experiencing in this moment? Bringing us to the present moment and positive as much as possible.
