The thought for this week is uplifting compared to last week's! It comes with good timing while we have some extra time to reach out to family and friends, spend time together at home with those individuals we are close to, or even build upon our love for ourselves. So here it is: What is my biggest dream? What can I do today to move closer to that dream?
This may be something from when you were younger, items on the bucket list, or something that you'd like to do now. Whatever it may be or what you may meditate and determine it is, consider how it can become your reality. Maybe even thinking about who can help you make it come true.
Sending virtual hugs or the practice of apanasana (nose to knees while cradled in a ball for a big self hug!).
