For meditation this month, “What are my most important values?, How are they reflected in my life and in my decisions?” and “What is my gift to the world?” are the questions to contemplate for January and the beginning of the year. The holidays were wonderful and led to many peaceful memories. Maybe there was even some healing for those that experienced a calm during the holidays. As we continue through the new year, may we remember the value each of us has through our gifts to the world and the values we have helping to make us who we are. Letting us work towards being authentically us.

A big shout out for the Westclox Wellness and Metaphysical Fair that is coming up! It is going to be grand! I’ll be speaking about ayurveda and many other health practitioners will be sharing knowledge and wellness options with the community. To learn more about it visit the link below! I sure am excited to be putting this on and sharing with the local community.
The Appreciation event for yoga and Enjoy and Encourage (E&E) group hosted a potluck dinner, ceremony and Valentines’ Day card making for those that may not receive them as well as the winter solstice in December. There are more events coming up and all are welcome to join. Send me a message if you are interested in doing new things, encouraging others and enjoying time together.
The book club is reading our next book and is about halfway through. You’re welcome to join book club on Monday evenings at 7:30 pm central time in person or online if you’re interested.
Ayurveda options are available for wellness counseling and coaching too! Please reach out if you’d like to learn more about ayurveda or experience Wellness Counseling. I also recently completed an Immersive Grief Retreat with a fellow practitioner. It was a wonderful day and brought much to light for the love in loss.
Warmly,
Emily
p.s. Love to you all!
