A way of living within the world learning about life in the present. The practice of yoga originated in India and follows the 8 limbs of the practice. These limbs provide guidance to grow towards samadhi and connection to our greater self.

When practicing on the mat, it is more than just movement, breath and meditation. We are intertwining the three for moving towards our best self.
